Firefly is a new independent publishing venture by Jamie Allen, Jane Moir and Melissa Brown. We will write about events shaping capital markets in Asia in this time of flux, with a focus on issues that deserve a sharper or deeper focus.
Regular topics will include turning points in governance and regulation, major corporate transactions, landmark legal cases, how governments are reshaping the investment landscape and much more. Once our soft-launch period concludes at the end of March 2026, paying subscribers will have access to everything we publish, from quick takes and short reads to long reads and and data-driven research. We intend to add further paid services in future and a corporate subscription offering. Free subscribers will have access to our quick takes, news about Firefly, and the occasional complimentary article.
